There will be NO luggage handling facility throughout the tour, at all places all the individuals have to handle their own luggage at airports, hotels & during coach travel. Therefore, we recommend everyone to travel as light as possible. However, the services of porters can be availed at the hotel bell desk if required.
Passengers having excess baggage over 20 Kgs 1 Piece (20 Kgs x 1) per person in check in baggage & 07 Kgs in hand luggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline authorities.
Tips and gratuities are not included in the tour cost. However, USD 105 per person should be calculated per person for tipping throughout the tour payable directly to your tour manager on tour.
The temperature in USA averages about 24 degrees to 30 degrees & an average of 20 to 25 degrees in Lake Tahoe & San Francisco. One jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather. Heavy warm clothing is not required.
As per Directorate of Transport (DoT) laws, the passenger coaches can be in service for a maximum of 10 Hours per day. All itineraries and routes are planned accordingly as per American laws.
We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
Even though request of having rooms close/next to each will be forwarded, hotels cannot guarantee the same in advance as hotel rooms are allocated as per discretion of hotel management based on availability of rooms. However, we will be glad to assist you for the same.
Triple Room or child with extra bed consists of 02 nos of queen size beds (Sleeps up to 4 Persons) or a sofa cum bed. Extra Roll away beds are not available in USA.
In New York, size of rooms will be smaller compared to other destination hotels. But the room will be well equipped with all amenities.
There are no refunds for any services, i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on the tour.
Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the respective local currency and only if time permits. Otherwise guests need to arrange for own transfers, meals etc. as entire routing and schedule has been pre-planned. E.g. Madam Tussaud’s Wax Museum in Los Angeles.
Any items/things used by individuals in their respective rooms like Drinks, Snacks, Beverages, pay Television channels, overflow of water from the bathroom; any room damage etc. will be billed to their rooms & will have to pay before checking out. All Items of personal natures, Food & Drinks any other item not mentioned in the Itinerary are to be paid by an individual
