• RT-PCR is mandatory while returning from New Zealand / Australia. Or Fully
  Vaccinated.

• Child younger than 18 Years old are exempted from vaccination clause. However, they
  must carry RT-PCR test issued within 48 hours prior to the flight while departing from
  India and New Zealand / Australia.

• There will be No luggage Handling facility throughout the tour in Motor Coach and
  Hotels except at the airport where the passengers have to handle their own luggage on
  trolley. It’s an individual’s responsibility to take care of own luggage & property – All
  travellers have to carry their own passports, tickets, forex & any other important
  documents. It is recommended to leave passport photocopy at your resident, office &
  carry one copy while travelling.

• All the travellers must clear all their respective payments 30 days prior to their tour
  departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any
  notice.

• Children under 18 years old require to carry Original Unabridged Birth Certificate
  which shows both parents details while travelling to/from New Zealand / Australia.
  • This is compulsory requirement by NZ & AUS government which will be verified at
    airports. For if any 01-parent travelling, NOC required by non-travelling parent, if
    deceased death certificate required of deceased parent.
  • All parents / legal guardians of children under 18 years old have to visit the New
    Zealand /Australia embassy in Mumbai for verification / checks / concern form has to
    be signed by both parents in presence of the consular at the consulate, this formality
    is solely traveller’s responsibility.
  • The concern form given by the consulate has to be carried along while travelling to
    New Zealand. Any travel expenses incurred to reach consulate for this formality has
    to be borne by the clients.

• Hand written passports are not accepted by the consulate’s, only computerized issued
  passports are accepted. Minimum 02 blank pages are required while travel to New
  Zealand. Once passport & documents are submitted to My Travel Doodle, it takes about
  2-3 working days to process and apply the visas. Travelers without requisite passport
  pages may be denied to enter into the country.
• PS if you have chosen to add-ons liked Australia / Fiji more blank pages are required for
  visas & stamping purposes. If you’re holding a US passport you will need to have 02
  blank pages for stamping. We urge you to submit your passports & necessary
  documentation at least 45-50 days prior to the planned departure date.
• Passengers having excess baggage over 20 Kgs per person in check in baggage & 05 Kgs in
  hand luggage are liable to pay excess baggage charge directly to the airport & airline
  authorities.
• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion
  advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, the itinerary may be amended.
• The temperature in New Zealand during April to July averages about 08 degrees to 12
  degrees. One jacket/sweater will be recommended for this kind of weather along with gloves
  & ear caps.
• Mandatory Tips are not included in the tour cost. NZD 50 per adult & per Child should be
  calculated for tipping throughout the tour (for Tour Leader & Driver). The tips are to be paid
  on the 6th day of the tour.
• Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the
  respective local currency. (For e.g. Sky dive / Bungy Jump in Queenstown). Any unused
  service/facility/sightseeing/tours are non-refundable to the passenger.
• Helicopter ride is included in the tour cost with snow / alpine landing, in case if the weather
  is unfavourable this activity may be cancelled by the helicopter ride operating company,
  moreover its upto the pilot’s discretion to conduct snow landing / alpine landing, and the
  same may be decided on the day of flying, voluntary cancelation of this ride will not be
  accepted on tour or on the day of this activity.

• In case of bad weather and non-operational of activities due to operational reasons refunds
  as per below Per Adult & Child 50%. At Vadodara office after tour finish.

• Meal preferences for flights to be indicated at the time of booking choices like AVML (Indian
  vegetarian), VJML (Veg. Jain meal), FPML (Fruit Platter) etc are available. Please make your
  choice.

• Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will have to be paid for locally in the
  respective local currency. (For e.g. Bungy Jumping, Zip drive, Sky Diving, Whale Watching).
  My Travel Doodle shall not be responsible if any activities desired are unable to experience
  for any reasons.

• All hotels’ bills should be cleared & rooms should be checked out before 30 mins of the
  groups ‘schedule time of departure. Incidentals like drinks, snacks, in-room dining, TV
  channels, any room damages in the room, bathroom water overflow etc while your stay at
  respective hotel will have to bear & borne by clients.

• All Items of personal nature, Food & Drinks any other item not mentioned in the itinerary /
  menu are to be paid by an individual.
• Driver / Coach guide & tour leader shall make decisions for all activities / sightseeing
  planned considering all the logistics as per laws. Coach is not available for individual
  optional activities.
• Clients should be punctual on the tour, our friendly tour leaders shall wait till specific
  given time, in case if the passengers are late, they will have to make their own way to the
  next stop.
• Any form of departure fees or departure taxes which are to be paid directly at the
  airports by the individual passenger are not included in the tour cost, approximately
  NZD 35 per person should be calculated for departure fee/taxes. Please note that as per
  information on 31-Mar-2022 there are no departure fees/taxes to be paid by any
  traveller getting out of NZ.
• For/If any cancelations of the tour once booked, clients are requested to send the same
  in writing with a purpose of cancelling the tours. Credit note will be issued from the date
  of tour cancel valid for 01 year which can be utilized against any of our international
  tours
• My Travel Doodle (MTD) holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries or death
  or theft during the tour program.
• My Travel Doodle is arranging services like airline, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc
  on behalf of its clients, My Travel Doodle is not responsible for deficiency in services
  offered by its service vendors.

THINGS NOT TO BE CARRIED

• You are allowed to bring many foodstuffs into Australia & New Zealand. But whatever
  the food item, you need to declare it on the immigrations & customs form provided to
  you. However foodstuffs like wafers, chips, uncooked items (e.g. raw nuts etc), fruits,
  dairy products etc are strictly not allowed. You will then be processed by a Quarantine
  Officer, who will decide if that item is allowed. You could be fined more than AUD 200
  on the spot or even face prosecution if you don’t declare goods.

THINGS TO CARRY FOR YOURSELF

• The temperature would be low ranging from 24 deg in Day and around 15 deg at Night.
  Hence it’s recommended to carry jacket or shawl (On a Safe Side).
• Please carry swim wear in case of water activities or to use the Hotel Pool/Spa Services.
  Washing soap or detergents.
• We suggest you to carry NZD 1000-1500 per person for other optional activities such
  as Sky Jump, Sky Walk, Bungy Jumping, Spa, Bungy Swing, Zorb, Sky Diving, Jet Boat
  Ride and Helicopter Ride etc.
• Universal adapter/plug in case charging for mobile and other electronics. All Hotels do
  not provide the adapter.
• First Aid Kit/Medicines for your own safety.
• Ensure to carry your Passport Xerox and Visa Xerox for safety reasons.
• International Driving Permit (IDP) is not required. You can drive/rent a car using Indian
  License. Please ensure it’s valid during the travel period.
